Eli Manning will be traded soon for whoever I can get now that Carsons bye week is gone.

Here is the trade did I get a good deal?

I Get:
WR Terrell Owens, WR Andre Johnson, RB Laurence Maroney

He Gets:
WR L. Coles, WR Santana Moss, RB Willis McGahee

Now the reason I accepted was personally I think Owens & Maroney for Coles & McGahee is a steal for me especially when you throw in Andre Johnson. I know he is hurt but I have the depth to wait the 3-4 weeks until he gets back.

What you think of the team & the trade?

One of the better trades I've seen all year. Owens has way more value than Coles, a healthy Maroney has way more value than McGahee, and Johnson has more value, or at least is even to, Santana Moss.

I'll take a closer look at the full team before too long. I have some other things to finish up first.

Unless morris is hurt and Maroney can stay healthy, a big if, I like McGahee a lot more than Maroney. However, the rest of the trade is a landslide win for you. You have a good team but your rb's are very mediocre. Trading one of your top WR and Rb for 1 very good rb would be a big improvement. Of course, if Andre Johnson gets back and healthy that makes it a lot easier to trade someone like Owens.

Yea I mean, the way this league is set up I think it's almost more important to have 3 consistent WR's then a great RB. We get 1 point per reception which is huge. If you can get guys that are gaurenteed some touches thats a huge plus.

I had Larry Johnson but traded him in a deal for Clinton Portis. I will definitley look to package a WR and maybe a RB or Eli Manning for a great RB.
